The DM140VC High-Speed Servo Vinyl Cutter is a professional-grade cutting plotter designed for precision, speed, and stability. Built with a durable steel frame and advanced servo motor system, it delivers highly accurate cuts with ±0.02 mm precision and speeds up to 1200 mm/s. Its built-in high-resolution CCD camera allows for fast and accurate contour cutting by reading registration marks and QR codes within seconds. The DM140VC supports long-length tracking up to 4 meters without deviation, making it ideal for large-format vinyl applications. With an intuitive touchscreen panel and flexible connectivity options—USB, U-disk, network, and Wi-Fi—it ensures seamless operation and compatibility with popular software like SignMaster and AIDCut-CAM.

Moving Carriage Steel Frame with inliner bearing, it is with more cutting pressure which is adjustable easily, and it is good in heat dispersion. With built-in high resolution CCD camera, it can scan the multiple mark points automaticlly to realsize contour cutting fuction.

Steel Thorn and Pressure Roller The plotter equipped with steel which can fix media effecitively to avoid any sliding and ensure the feeding precision. There are several pressure rollers on up side of beam, the distance between each roller can be adjusted to fit for different size media. These high precision imported rollers, assures no offest feeding long distance.

Paper Feeding System Auto feeding system, easy to feed the roll material, smooth and fast.

Paper Pressing Device There is a row of paper pressing devices behind the plotter beam. During the working process, these paper presses can well fix the materials, ensure that the materials move within the fixed range and reduce the offset.

Catch-up Basket The machine equipped with a set of catch-up basket including 2pcs holding rollers and one piece of high quality nylon cloth bag, save space while keeping materials clean and tidy.

Switch on Button & Power Interface Switch on and off easily with a press button after connecting the power cable with plotter. We offer various worldwide standard power plug. The voltage is also can be customized due to customer needs.
